We carry a 5 year warranty on all our products - should any item fail we will supply with new at zero cost - we require that a faulty item is returned for our inspection so that we can improve on design etc. Warrantee only applies if installed by a qualified electrician
There is a 24 hour wait period from the time that your original order was placed in which you are able to cancel your order. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org notifying us that you would like to have an order cancelled. Please make sure to supply us with detailed information (i.e. your name, your order number, etc.). You will be sent a confirmation message stating that we have cancelled that order for you. If you do not receive this confirmation message we have already shipped your order to you.
Inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If the merchandise was damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the carrier immediately. We ask that you KEEP the entire original package, packaging material and containers for later inspection. Please note the damage in full detail on the delivery receipt. Even if the package appears to be slightly damaged please note this when you sign for delivery. Notify us immediately. Before returning any item, you must first email our returns department for a Return Authorization (RA) number. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RA number. Do not throw away or alter any of the product and packaging, it must be in the same condition as it was received in order for us to properly establish that the damage was due to shipping, and not due to some other cause. We will not accept claims for shipping damage if any of the packaging or contents have been altered or discarded. Shipping and handling charges are based on the total value and/or total weight, for each delivery address. In-stock orders should normally arrive within 5 -15 business days depending upon delivery location. In the event that a product is returned a 35% restocking fee will be applied. All products sent are fully insured for their retail value. Our shipping agent will pay in advance any taxes that are due and will require payment at time of delivery - we ship worldwide so please ensure you are aware of any taxes that may be due in your area. For any shipment that is refused without prior notification, you will automatically be charged the full shipping charges.
We ask you to check carefully before ordering to ensure the product is exactly what you require - we are happy to send samples of metal finishes at no cost and make contact to discuss any points that may concern you or need explanation to assist in your purchase. We offer a free of charge design service and will supply drawings of bespoke products to meet your specifications before purchasing - illuminating Fine Art correctly requires information from both purchaser (Customer) and manufacturer (Hogarth Lighting) we also ask that any information you have (Drawings - Digital Photos - Art Work measurements etc) are sent to us before ordering. All Hogarth products are made to order and if purchased are not returnable. If there is any doubt regarding your electrical installation we are happy to discuss the requirements with your appointed installer before purchasing.
